Using the service
HEIC.AI is provided as a free browser-based conversion tool. You are responsible for having the right to process the files you select and for checking the converted output before relying on it.
No file retention
Selected files and conversion results are processed locally and are not stored by the application. Closing or refreshing the page may remove your current conversion session.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided as available, without guarantees that every HEIC variant, browser, or device will convert successfully. Keep backups of your originals and verify important output files.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Changes
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the current terms.
